Single Purpose: AutoMinder is designed to automate form-filling and ticketing workflows within Service Manager environments.
1. Data Collection and Usage
AutoMinder is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. We prioritize user privacy by minimizing data collection:
Local Storage: Automation profiles, templates, and category settings created by the user are stored locally on the user's device using the chrome.storage API.
Website Content & Activity: The extension interacts with form elements and simulates clicks/keystrokes to automate input on Service Manager pages as per user-defined profiles.
Authentication: We do not collect or store passwords or credentials. Any data entered into automation profiles is managed by the user.
2. Server Communication
The extension communicates with our server (app.emazra.com) strictly for the following functional purposes:
Status & Updates: Checking for system availability and mandatory version updates to ensure tool compatibility.
Configuration Sync: If initiated by the user, the extension may fetch global automation profiles or workflow settings provided by your administrator.
3. Data Protection
We do not sell, trade, or transfer user data to third parties. All automation data remains on your local machine unless you manually export your configuration file.
4. Permissions Justification
Storage: To save your custom automation profiles.
ActiveTab & Scripting: To identify form fields and perform automated actions on the active page when requested by the user.
